This certificate outlines the Synthetic Grass Warehouse (SGW) Limited 15-Year Landscape Warranty, which protects against manufacturing defects, significant fading, breakdown, or degradation caused by normal UV exposure. Coverage applies to SGW-manufactured turf products and provides repair, replacement, or prorated material credit based on the age of the product. The warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser, and covers the turf material itself not installation, labor, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, pet damage, chemical exposure, or other external factors. This manufacturer warranty serves as an added layer of protection alongside our installation workmanship warranty.

Every Turf IP installation includes our standard 2-Year Workmanship Warranty at no additional cost, providing coverage for qualifying installation-related issues after your project is completed. For homeowners seeking additional long-term protection, we also offer the option to upgrade to a 5-Year or 7-Year Extended Labor Warranty. These extended warranty plans provide added peace of mind by extending workmanship coverage well beyond the standard warranty period, helping protect your investment for years to come.
